An agrumato olive oil with fresh, flowering Tuscan rosemary, pressed together with the olives. Intense aroma and purity of flavour of freshly picked rosemary with a hint of lavender from the rosemary flowers.  Long lingering finish. A complex, well balanced and complete finishing oil.

The original Agrumato Olive Oils were created using traditional Italian methods of crushing whole citrus fruits simultaneously with fresh olives to create an intense flavoured oil. The word ‘Agrumato’ is the direct Italian translation of ‘citrusy’
